Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
As our products are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, barring delays.
Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched.

• Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, peak seasons, or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
3. UK Delivery Obligations
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are required to deliver goods within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, you may contact us to request assistance or a resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

• Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order appears delayed:

• Please allow the full 15 business days before contacting us.

• If tracking shows delivered, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
