This policy applies to all purchases made through Amoureux.world (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Amoureux.world is a UK-based online store and operates in accordance with:

• Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

• Consumer Rights Act 2015

1. No Refunds Policy (Outside Legal Rights)

Amoureux.world operates a strict no-refunds policy.

We do not offer:

• Refunds for change of mind outside the legal cancellation period

• Goodwill refunds

• Exchanges for incorrect sizing

• Refunds for items returned outside the timeframe set out below

All sales are final except where required by UK law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
 

2. Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right:

• You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

• You then have 14 additional days to return the item.

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unused

• In original condition with tags attached

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
 

3. Orders Cannot Be Cancelled After Dispatch

Because all products are made to order:

• Orders enter production immediately after purchase.

• Orders cannot be modified once placed.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
   

• 4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK law.

• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photographic evidence

• Description of the issue

• If confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
   

• 5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier

• If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees will apply.
   

All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent into production.
Because of this:

• Orders cannot be changed once placed.

• Orders cannot be modified after checkout.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights described below.
